Tried to send this in as a ticket but support either takes me to a FAQ or otherwise doesn’t give me an option related to what happened…
Hi. My connection dropped for some reason while I was in Solo Shuffle. When I finally managed to get back in, I had been booted from the Arena and I had lost almost 200 points.
Would it be possible to refund those dropped points since they were due to technical problems and not my leaving the Arena early? As I understand it, the account also gets a ‘black mark’ for leaving matches early which I most definitely didn’t do. Would it be possible to get that removed as well if it exists?
It’s really discouraging as I was getting close to finally get back above 1000 points after figuring out how to play better and was hoping to do so tonight. Now I’m back down to about 750.
BTW this happened on my mage.

The support system takes you through the information that’s most relevant and helpful. If you couldn’t get to a ticket option, that’s usually a sign that there’s nothing the GMs can do for you concerning your issue.

No, I’m afraid not, Kysseild. The system can’t tell why you disconnected, only that you did. We’re not able to award or return points due to a disconnection, regardless of the reason.
That is likely why you were not able to submit a ticket. If our staff cannot help, there usually isn’t an option to submit a ticket. Sorry.
There are usually leaver penalties for various competitive play, but I wouldn’t say it is a “black mark” that remains with you. Most of those are based on continued behavior. If you do not continue to disconnect/drop from your matches, you shouldn’t have an issue.
