Congrats to Method

Grats Method. Go Club Camel!

Clearly your not actually grasping what I’m frustrated by.

I wouldn’t bother arguing with misinformed boomers, they’ll be forever mad about things they don’t even understand. Best to just let them be.

I don’t think you understand what you are frustrated by…

you need to comment and support “regular” players the bread and butter of this game. Too much suck holing to esport nerds imho. Makes Blizz kinda look like whimps.

Now since casuals keep this game afloat, …we will be waiting for our compliments and blue responses to EVERY post we make, as a business should.

There were 13 guilds all on Queen Azshara when Method downed it.

Do you realize how silly this makes you sound? You can’t just be happy that a race took place in an aspect of our game and that aspect earned close to 50 grand and donated it to Save the Children foundation? You’re annoyed about an aspect of the game you like not being given such attention that you’re gonna just completely ignore the fact this was all done for charity with the intent of aiding children in need. A completely community driven charity, mind you.

Most casuals raid tho…and a ton of casual players were interested in and cared about the race to world first…

When you hold a community driven event based around complaining about high elves that raises $60,000 for charity and generates 160,000 views come back to me.

Was it 60 grand? I thought it was 50. Even better.

Yeah, it was pretty awesome. I don’t get how anyone could be salty about this event, but never underestimate GD forums I guess.

65k last time I looked.

I really don’t care about the race at all. I’ve stopped caring at all in regards to any race when BLizzard randomly decided to remove realm firsts, because they felt it 'hurt" gameplay or something dumb like that.

Them raising money for a charity doesn’t change my interest in the race either.

people donate all the time to charities, and don’t expect giant pats on the back for it.

Good on them for doing charity work, but I still don’t care about the race itself.

Over hyped nonsense, with far too much money put into it.

Not to mention it’s really not that suspenseful. or riveting.

That is absolutely amazing. I regret not being able to check in as often.

No but you’re still unnecessarily salty. Like someone else said, when professions generate 65 grand for children in need, then you can be salty.

Subjective. Many people found the race fun and interesting, as is evident by everything statistically speaking. It’s fine if you don’t care about the race. But don’t spread your silly salt because professions don’t get as much attention as a world first race earning 65 grand to aid children in need.

Good for you. Did you just come into this thread to tell everyone you don’t care? I don’t care about tons of stuff…I just go on living my life, you should try it.

I mean it’s a free market…I could say the same thing about the NBA or the NFL, but at the end of the day consumer interest dictates these things, not 1 persons arbitrary indifference to a competition.

Personal opinion, did someone force you to watch it or something that you are so salty? If you don’t find it enjoyable to watch don’t tune in. You aren’t going to convince anyone who enjoys it to stop watching so idk why you are wasting your time being negative about it.

Blizzard- “Take all things in moderation, even WoW.”

Also Blizzard- “Nice job playing our game for an insane about of hours.”

Yeah they should have tweeted at method calling them sweaty nerds and told them to get a life.

Italy and Greece are basically on life support. France is moving further to the Reich if you get my drift and Germany PMI data is collapsing because of this trade war.

So I guess EU needs some positive news from WoW to drown out that mess.

Welcome to General Discussion, I’m allowed to voice my frustrations with something on this board as long as I’m not breaking any ToS.

If that bothers you, feel free to ignore me.

It doesn’t bother me that you’re voicing frustration. It bothers me that you’d sit here and do it in this place, which should just be a thread saying: “Wow. An aspect of the game we play earned 65k to aid children in need.” But you’re gonna complain that aspect of the game received attention during a purely community driven event instead of your professions.

That’s crappy. Honestly, it’s disgusting. You would rather sit here and moan about something all you, instead of being positive about the fact something Blizzard had no hand in, zero hand in, helped who knows how many kids.

I mean go for it, however your frustrations regarding profession achievements are off topic for this thread so don’t expect anything other than confusion in response.

As for you not being interested in the race to world first, it is also rather befuddling as to why you are in this thread if you don’t care about the topic at hand.

If your goal is to convince other people that the race to world first is in fact a waste of time and we should all stop caring about it and tuning in…

Good luck, with that.

Sounds like your getting upset for reasons I didn’t say I had an issue in. But okay, you do you.
