I had achieved 1550ish arena rating and capping my pvp chest each week. I was getting my 3 battlefield furor each week and this chest today was supposed to be the last 3 to finish my rank 3 essence in time for raid time on friday. There was no battlefield Furor in my chest.
Pls tell me i dont have to lvl my arena rating back up just to get the last 3 tokens…
You’re not alone, friend. I opened my chest on my druid today (~1600 rating) and also did not receive rank 3 conflict. Hopefully this is a bug and we don’t have to regrind. I eagerly await Blizzard’s response.
Exact same situation here. Capped Conquest, turned in quest and got none of the Essence items in chest today. I was 1600+.
Um yeah same here. If this was intended then it sure would have been nice to know before hand. Some insight would be ace

Same as all of you on BOTH of my toons who were on their last week of C&S would DEFINITELY not wasted my time conquest capping if I had known it meant nothing…
Also, this is not just a rank 3 problem. I was supposed to get my rank 2 C&S and I did not receive it.

Got a response to my ticket.
“Please note PVP Season 3 closed on January 14, therefore these items were not able to be earned until the new season began. With the start of PVP Season 4 on January 21, these items may now be earned again and will start being delivered next week.”
Between this and broken corruption gear making it harder and harder to bother with the rest of this expac. I don’t enjoy PVP and just want the items I worked for last week to be returned.
But doesn’t it say “Season 3 or later”?
Yes. I think we should have totally got them but I’m just relaying the ticket.
You don’t receive season 4 rewards from the cache this week it is still season 3 therefore give us our righly earned items please Blizzard.
Same here. Was at 1550 and didn’t get tokens from the chest
it does say Season 3 or later. Therefor ergo the week after season 3 is the later. At no point did they say only during the seasons. I’m not a fan of moving goal post’s and certainly think Blizz are not in the position to do so. Quite frustrating.
That Blizz response is poor. it WAS earnt. We shouldn’t have to earn it again.
Since i earnt the arena rating i have a new born. I dont have the time i did to run pvp for the last 3 bits, plus the enw content, keys raiding etc.

Didn’t get mine either. should have gotten 5 for 1600+ rating. I was also really looking forward to the essence, and more importantly to never doing arena again. I also put in a ticket, and received the same canned response. I do not believe this was intended, and I reopened my ticket.
There was no indicator anywhere in game that we would no longer receive them during the offseason. You still get a conquest reward from the chest, so why not the furors?
Correct - and the text that is there clearly implies that anytime during or after season 3 would work.
On the plus side - this happened to a few of my friends and one of them was finally able to get the items after reopening the ticket a few times.
Just gotta get it escalated to the appropriate level I suppose.

I’d probably wait patiently for a blue post to give us some more information. There’s a few different threads in here about this issue. I’m trying to push the GM responding to my ticket to understand that the Furor’s aren’t, and never have been, a “seasonal” reward. If I got scaled ilvl loot from this weeks chest based on last weeks rating, even though the season was “over”, then I should have received furor’s based on that rating as well.
Hopefully we get a response soon because I’d like to know sooner rather than later if I have to cap AGAIN this week.
My original post was in customer support, but somebody moved it into bug reports, so it’s definitely not an intended issue.
