I kind of wonder if the neutral races (Pandaren and Dracthyr) will end up as the last.

Dracthyr are an interesting concept to tackle, since in their True form, they mostly use what’s in the CC not in the Transmong Sets…

I think (IMO) what might happened is we get to unlock Dracthir new heritage armor bits in the CC to access on the Barber as we unlock their full origin and past in DF and in a later patch or expansion, we might get a Heritage armor for our humanoid from.

Unless the Devs give us full heritage armor on both forms in the patch coming with the story origin bits in that campain? Its a possibility… oh well we will know for sure when it DF continue its campaign.

I can imagine them giving you a barbershop cosmetic option and matching armor on the visage form

So sad. Horde got to experience old Draenor but humans can not relieve the days of the old Alliance

To be fair, it wasn’t the actual old Draenor.

Human questline should end with you visiting rebuild Southshore. It’s where the refugees from Stormwind, led by Lothar, arrived after the first war was over, it’s one of the most memorable towns from classic and would finally show the Alliance regaining something in-game, not in some crappy book or short story.

Also they could use all the updated human buildings they created in Shadowlands for some reason there.

Technically they already HAVE their heritage armor. Armor is part of their native body customisation.

It’s a shame the alternate colour armours that were made aren’t used. The weird part was they didn’t even bother making any for the Mechagnomes. They gave their character’s robot parts three different colour schemes and then had the heritage armour match only one of them. I’ve never bothered playing one but I suspect those who do would love to see that fixed.

Now the Pandaren are another one that it’d make sense to have two colour schemes. One in Horde / Huojin colours and one in Alliance / Tushui.

Lol wut? It’s 100% going in the giant gap surrounded by 3 unused islands in the Emerald Garden section of Dragonflight zone…

Why can’t they? Nozdormu is still around, and we don’t know if Murozond will be dealt with this expansion or not…so if they keep the infinite dragonflight around, there is plenty opportunity to go back and deal with the old alliance.

If Blizzard has foresight to use infinite dragonflight on things other than murloc-azeroth.

Eh? That is what I said. Perhaps not in the clearest wording. I expect the tree to go in one of two places, by order of liklihood

  1. The obvious hole in the map near the Emerald Gardens like you mentioned. That is by far the most likely outcome as they could of designed the tree as part of the map design from the start of Dragonflight.
  2. In or next to Gilneas so they can compress it and the restoration of Gilneas into one bundle and get a two-for-one deal.

I really, really wanted us to follow up WoD with AU Azeroth where the entirety of the EK was just bitter feuding kingdoms ala Game of Thrones, since they never were unified due to the orcish invasion.

Blizzard been trying to capture that game of thrones tone for awhile, I don’t think they got it in them to pull it off lol. :joy:

I think the quest writers and most of the book authors could pull it off.

The problem is they get marching orders from superiors who just found out about 80s superhero comics and think a good story is doing something big and flashy and then forgetting about it if it doesn’t land.

They did! There are two additional mechagnome heritage armor recolors in the files, silver and rust to match the other two mechagnome metal body colors. They are worn by NPCs on Mechagon Island. With the nightborne recently receiving their unreleased heritage weapons via timewalking vendor, and dark iron dwarves and blood elves receiving unreleased heritage weapons and mounts via short quest chains, I hope that the lightforged draenei, nightborne, and mechagnomes can get storylines for their heritage armor recolors. There are also some void elf heritage weapons in the files as well that should be added to the game.

Most likely they will add any recolors to the Trading Post.
