Horde has a heritage set with 3 recolors, Alliance does not.

Tbf it makes sense jn the context of what that one race is. It is a jnified faction of maghar with a lot of different heritages, so that is represented.

Blood elves also got a second heritage questline dealing with scourge in Ghostlands + recolor of the paladin set only for blood elf paladins while dark iron dwarves got to run around BRD and get drunk.

I am 1000% positive Horde could get a new race and Blizzard could remove, I dono, Dwarves, from being playable and people will say its fair so long as they write some story to support it.
Itās not going to be anything else. It certainly wonāt be magey cloth. maybe something vaguely leather or mail like as a compromise. Kind of how the Sinādorei armor set could be considered.
For myself, I consider the Darshore battlesets to be proper Night Elf theme armor, at least there are appropriate sets for each class. Although I myself am partial to the mail and cloth armors.
Giga high quality grand marshal plate and the scenario about Lothar. If its anything else blizz is cringe.
Honestly it is weird that humans and orcs are getting heritage armor now. Considering they have the Stormwind / Orgrimmar sets from WoD and the Arathri Warfront sets from BFA.
I was expecting Humans, Night Elves, Forsaken and Orcs to get them last. Simply because of the Warfront sets.

You know I cant help but wonder how many races will get their heritage armor sets in DF.
I know we got a starter zone of armor as well as a great looking tier set AND armor with character customization.
But man I want some Dracthyr heritage armor.
As well as Trolls and Forsaken.
And a hot rod for goblins.
Gotta say the goblin heritage armorā¦ it may be āclassicā but itās one of the ugliest suits in the game. Itās built up as almost MJOLNIR armor from Halo and it ends up being some rockets and a leather cap.
Oh and some more heritage weapons. Iāve been waiting 16 years for the glaives from Silvermoon.
And, yes, please give us the Night Elf armor that was on the original box artā¦

I am thinking they might do one pairing for each .7 patch, which would mean four to six total in DF? depending if there is a 10.2.7 or not.

Plot twist, dracthyr heritage armor but it canāt be used as an actual dracthyr like almost every other armor slot.
I am wondering more on who will get theirs last.
I would be pissed if night elves/forsaken got their set before draenei/trolls.
I wonder when the Pandaren will get theirs and what it will look like

Iām already peeved we canāt do transmogs for each forms by themselves. A useless set would just hurt. I canāt use any fun armor because it clashes with my non visage formā¦ I actually changed my armor color to match with the starter gear.

Really hoping for Pandaren.
I would say even the starter Monk Set but with white armor thatās not needed.
We already have Shado Pan.
My Pandaren alts (they are my second favorite race) would probably all love something with a keg. Their body shape already makes plate look weird so I hope itās something that works well for them and for all classes.
Hopefully similar to the Belf armor where it can look like a plate or mage or even farstrider armor depending on the pieces shown.

I was hoping something that represents each temple to the four celestials. Ornamental but elegant looking. While being combat capable to use.

But they went full China- which is fine Iām not complaining. But I do think for new armors they should draw from Chinese armor styles.
What you posted was great. I would also use some from, well I canāt link any videos but look up āThree Kingdoms Cao Cao dialog with Geng Jiā on YouTube.
Shows armor from both behind and in front as well as their weapons. Add in some ornamentation and I think it would look amazing.
Would also like a simple head slot item that is one of thoseā¦ I donāt know the name. The stick through the hair for a top knot.
Mein gott I even studied in China you would think I would know more lol.

Asian countries sure knew how to create elegant but effective armor that didnāt bog them do in bad terrain. I love learning about other cultures and stuff

Night Elves will not get theirs until the tree happens. I think it will be paired with Forsaken, who will get a surface city overhaul at the same time and parallel faction type arcs like we got when the blight got cleansed.
