Compromise?

What if same-faction BGs were allowed during BG weekends for that specific BG? That way the horde would have access to some increased honor and marks but you’re still inconvenienced for playing the dominant faction.

the compromise is this: you get ONE HvH BG weekend per season. just one. that’s all it takes to get most of the hordie sweaties their precious pvp gear, who then quit BGs, and thus reduce the queue times substantially.

I simply don’t understand the hate for wanting to play one side over the other but whatever man. I’m sure you have your reasons.

In a compromise you have to give the other party something in return.

Listen.

I hate the Horde with all my heart and soul. They’re pathetic, mud-hut-dwelling, keking pieces of doo doo. The only thing lower than a Hordie is an Alliance rogue.

That being said, even I think it’s stupid to make the Horde wait in hour long queues for battlegrounds.

Gatekeeping is for toddlers.

Just say “no”.

Well most horde want same faction BGs all the time. Just trying to find some middle ground but that seems impossible lol

This game can’t be fixed without changes and anytime you mention the slightest change, the #nochanges crowd acts like you are asking for a kidney.

Faction imbalance is the biggest problem atm. In a way I think Blizzard intentionally brushes it aside because it drives some people to pay for realm and faction changes.

I understand lol. I played alliance exclusively from original TBC to a 1/3 of BFA before switching sides. I just want both sides to be able to play the part of the game they want to play.

The real #nochanges crowd disappeared three months into Classic.

What we have left are the #nochangesbutmychanges crowd.

Isn’t rerolling the ultimate compromise? You level and in return you get unlimited 1min Qs?

That’s fair, and for what its worth if they decide to do nothing then i’m fine with that. It just seems like a change is inevitable.

That’s the real compromise in this thread.

Not if you prefer to play red instead of blue. That would be less of a comprise and just create the same problem for the alliance.

That is what I’m saying. Bring back unlimited FvF battlegrounds now. I hate the thought of them, but I believe them to be a net positive. Even for the Alliance.

Because one side is cannibalizing the population of the other

That’s the way i see it. I think it would lead to a healthier state of the game. Currently the best method of honor for horde is hunting down lowbies just trying to quest/level.

Compromise isn’t about getting your way. It’s about meeting half way. Half way between 1min queues on lvl 70 ally and a lvl 70 horde is a lvl 1 alliance character

Horde is falling further and further behind the honor grind every minute Blizzard continues to analyze their results. Bring back same faction BGs.

i think your solution would be a very, very slow change and would probably lead a lot of players to be unhappy and ultimately quit. Whenever you’re forced into playing a faction, class, etc it’ll ultimately lead to resentment and an urge to stop playing.

Except that just leads to more faction imbalance as Alliance levelers quit or server transfers.

Keep the Horde off the streets, put them in a battleground.

Think of it as a Boys and Girls Club for really ugly children.
