Been playing this same game since I moved over from Ultima Online I guess 17-18 years ago.
I have decided to make a new char on a new server with no gold-bags ect and grind to 80 1 more time before I stare into the cold abyss of death.
Mostly played Druid - But I am open to anything.
Also need a server

That’s a great goal! I always loved rerolling on new realms for a completely fresh start with no external help.
What class you roll will depend heavily on what you want to accomplish. Are you focused more on the leveling itself or endgame content? Do you want to PvP? Are there specific roles you want to fill in dungeons? Is it only one toon you’re going to roll and focus on?
Also, your preference in realm is important. If you’re more focused on group content, you’ll of course see the value in rolling on a large realm. If you like PvP, you want one with decent faction balance. If you just want to be left alone and be able to quest, maybe you’ll want a single-faction or even dead realm.
Leveling scene really isn’t there right now if you intend to do dungeons and what not. I’m leveling my hunter alt, currently 40. I’ve been in 4 dungeons so far, but questing is just more efficient.
For realm, I personally play pagle (pvp realms are pointless now with imbalance). Pagle is pretty good, heavy alliance.
You could try one of the fresh start realms, if any of them are allowing new toons, that would give you a bigger pool of people leveling to get dungeons if you wanted. Well, should
Depends on what roll you want to play- tank, heals, dps.
If you want to tank probably should go paladin. If you want to heal switch it up ad go paladin. If you want to dps could try something different and go paladin.
Not entirely sure or want to just solo farm instances maybe DK.
I would need more info regarding what you’re looking for to make a suggestion. What faction do you prefer, what role do you prefer, pve vs. pvp vs both, want to join a raiding guild, do you want to arena, do you prefer large or medium pop servers, do you want to be in a fotm top perfomer stack on a meter or serve a niche roll, etc.

Just make a Death Knight and choose mining. If you can’t make a Death Knight, don’t even bother playing the game, because it’s not fun.

If the plain is just to level from 1-80, may I suggest Bloodsail? It should be a pretty chill experience, but also have enough people to do the occasional dungeon (as long as you’re Alliance).
As for class, that’s a bit more up in the air. I’d pick whichever one you don’t have much experience on. For instance, I’m going to level a priest from 1-80. It’s the only class out of the original nine I’ve never played at max level. So I’d like to do that before Wrath ends.
