Arena is so unfun now. Win or lose, it doesn’t matter. I’ll q 3 games before I log to a different class like it will make it any better. The only class that’s ever fun to play is disc, until you fight double melee.
Its great checking details after a game and everybody’s top 5 damage/healing is passive dots, trinkets and essences. There’s so many complaints about gear and overtuned classes, but even if those were fixed classes are still just so boring and hollow arena would still suck. It really bums me out… I feel like a beat down wife in a violent relationship. I’ll q for an hour or two and when I finish all butt hurt and stressed out I’m like tf do I play this game for? It’s so weird
I’d like to say that I hope next expansion is better but I’m all out of positivity

Yea i had a deep thought before i went to sleep and I said to myself “why are classes just based around these essences and pve items” Its sad that now you look at details and just see the 1 button at the top, chaos bolt, templars verdict, deep wounds/mortal strike, etc. Then #2 will be an essence or pve item effect or a dot.
It just feels so weird and diminishes the difference between people playing their class.

It’s just deflating when you’re like yeahhh I’m gonna play wow that sounds fun and then you log on to this. I think that I subconsciously believe that I’ll log on to mop or something cause I don’t have one fond memory of bfa yet I still get on

Stat scaling is low which makes these items so much more valuable than they’d normally be. I mean, I like seeing cool proc gear but the only proc on here that actually requires you do something is Shiver Venom and even if you don’t ever… it’s still worth keeping.

I guess it wouldn’t be so bad if the way you played your spec was drastically different if you ran a proc based setup, but it’s not.
The classes that benefit from this significantly, like DHs, don’t really have any kind of rotation changes. DH doesn’t really have any low downtime or low dps phases anymore. The move in and out of meta frequently and just continually apply pressure.
That’d be fine if they sacrificed something, but it just becomes a situation where that’s the best way to play.
Guardians that run Shiver Venom Lance just enhance their passive rot based damage gameplay.
At least with destro, who I’m not denying benefits from this greatly, usually doesn’t equip rot gear and run Grim of Sup. There’s some actual gameplay change where you give up a significant chance for burst damage for higher sustained through Roaring Blaze.
Yea I don’t even feel like grinding out the rest of my glad wins lol
So close to uninstalling and playing classic casually with friends till shadowlands

I log on my garbage 410 ilvl alts and queue 2 games at a time before I get ran over by mythic dk #22461 and log off. I really don’t enjoy mythic+/pve content, so I guess they’ll never be competitively geared

Just remember the season you were most successful ( low bfa glad lmao) is the season good players say is the worst in the history of the game lmao

Same here bruv, if TBC classic was out I wouldn’t even bother with retail. Sure there’s still broken stuff but at least the classes were fun. Frost mage is so retarded boring now that I don’t wanna touch the class I’ve mained since wrath gj blizzard

My guess is that it would change absolutely nothing. There’s a problem here, and I assure you that problem isn’t me. The problem is your intolerance of people with opposing viewpoints, and the moment those people disagree with you, you become hostile. I find it funny you actually despise me so much for what little I actually do. To give you an idea of what this is actually like for me, imagine if you dropped a penny on the ground and there was an explosion that created a 3 foot hole. Well, you’d just keep throwing pennies because why not? It’s fun. Your reaction to the things I say are high payoff for little effort.
