Complaint about a customer service forum employee

How does one go about complaining about an employee that works for the customer support forums?

I remember sending an email to Blizzard years ago about an issue and they said to go about it a different way.

Can you give me a link or phone number please.

Usually it is under the contact us part of a companies website, but it says to use the forums here. I dont see how complaining to the employee who you have the complaint about is the right way to do it.

This is not a troll post or trying to drive any topic, I have a real complaint that I want to tell the company about. The only reason I am asking is to complain to customer service and no other reason.

I never would have thought they would have to complain to a gm through ingame ticket about an employee that works on the forums. That’s weird.

You might want to re-read that thread. There’s a section specifically for “Reporting a Post/Feedback” and it doesn’t mention a ticket.
