I’ll probably get hate for this, but I think the community counsel is just lip service and has no other role than to look like they care.

exactly, they will probably even hand pick a couple of smaller ideas, claim they are listening then it will just die out.

I think anyone claiming anything is toxic on the forums should have to also define what toxic means to them.

One thread that scares me is about Power Infusion.

Why does it scare you? What comes from the community council doesn’t matter, it’s not like community council idea’s can never be changed once implemented. If Blizz does something dumb because of the community council it’ll get raged about no differently than if Blizz had just did the dumb thing on their own.
