So ive experienced this bug 2 times now on monk and rogue. My abilities wont generate chi/combo points.
I diabled all addons with no change then i used vanish and then it was fixed. On my monk it didnt stop till i logged off and back on.

I’m having the same issue in my monk. It happens randomly and nothing seems to work. I’ve tried reloading ui and logging off and back in again. I have submitted multiple tickets. Currently doing the “scan and repair” function. This is incredibly annoying.

I’m trying to work through it too but I can’t figure out what’s causing it. Some people only run into the problem when they’re in old content and I personally, haven’t seen the issue yet in instances.
Is it just rogues and monks?
Is everyone in War Mode?
