I guess Vulpera must get pretty cold anywhere that isn’t a desert due to our radiator ears.

That’s what campfires are for. 
Well the Fennec foxes that Vulpera are based off of tend to burrow during very cold desert nights. So I imagine in places where that’s not possible a Vulpera would bundle up.

I imagine the inside of their caravans include a very comfy bed with a lot of really nice wool blankets.

That’s probably very accurate. Vulpera Burrows probably have systems set up to make their homes very warm given their experience with cold desert nights.
