I have opened 4 weekly Cache’s so far, not a single coffer key. Meaning I can’t get rewards from bountiful delves. My favorite part of the expansion.
Blizz please either roll back the servers so I can re earn the keys or just mail keys to people who lost theirs.
The GMs do absolutely nothing. Don’t bother opening tickets. They literally tell you to complain on forums. I have screenshots.

You can, but its a process to open a ticket for an issue like a missing item, like “issue not listed here” or whatever. It’s a dead end though, you’ll just get a canned response telling you to scream into the void (post on the bug forums) where your issue can be ignored and thread locked if it gets too much attention.
So all in all I have opened at least 5 cache’s. I haven’t got a single piece of veteran gear even though the tool tips says I should have gotten 2. I haven’t got a single coffer key either, even though the tooltip says I should have 4.
I can still grind T 8’s for next week’s vault but this feels really bad. People deserve their coffer keys.
Same, i’m not getting the coffer keys from opening the chests.
This is a really awesome bug for a weekend event focused on delves. no keys here either opened 4 so far nothing
Last reset I completed 4 weekly quest also and did not get any restored coffer keys which is a bummer
Opened 3 caches today, no gear, no keys.
Gurubashi server reset for 10/8. 3 caches opened so far and no Coffer keys. Anyone else?
I also have not received a coffer key with 3 different chests
