Coffer Keys not dropping from weekly Cache's

I have opened 4 weekly Cache’s so far, not a single coffer key. Meaning I can’t get rewards from bountiful delves. My favorite part of the expansion. Blizz please either roll back the servers so I can re earn the keys or just mail keys to people who lost theirs.
