Bought a code for 2 months gametime and continuously get an error message when trying to apply it to this account.
Already double checked that it is for USA etc.
What else can I do to activate this so I can play again?

From where did you purchase the game time?
purchased online. No issues with it being a used code or anything. Just getting the same error other people seem to be getting. Ive had to have a GM manually add before this as well.
Maybe it’s already added, the error happened because it’s already applied?
Hopefully it was a legit place.
Other people on here seem to be getting the same error message even when using their cards.
If you bought it online then you would have to take it up with the company/website you bought from. As blizzard has no way of verification of where or when you purchased it. Particularly if you didn’t purchase it through the blizzard shop
I hope you purchased it from blizzard! Not all places that claim to sell them will sell you a legit code or possibly one that was already used.
Do check to make sure the time was not added, Seen it do that sometimes give a error and the time was added anyway.
