When you say account, do you mean at the Blizzard level or the WoW level? If the former, that is, unfortunately, intended.
You’re probably going to have to go through with another character to collect them again where you can’t redo completed quests on the transferred character.

Then that is your path forward, I’m afraid.
They stayed behind in the original account’s collection, so you’ll need to use another character to collect them for the new account’s collection.

BUt i dont understand how ? thsi is the character I earned it on. Dont acc wide mounts stay behind only?
Correct, but as the mounts are not character-specific (such as the Paladin or Warlock class mounts), they’re marked as account-specific, so they stay with the account that they were earned on.
They may have further restrictions as only usable by characters of that specific covenant, but once one character has earned them, all characters in that covenant can use them moving forward.

Technically, it’s still on the account that earned it. Not gone, just not where you hoped it would travel to.
