Client Crashes Upon Login

I left my main in Oribos. When I log into them (Vallez on Vek’Nilash-US) the client crashes every time. Sometimes it doesn’t get beyond the Shadowlands loading screen. Other times, I see my character before it crashes.

I have:

  • Disabled all addons
  • Did a scan and repair
  • Attempted the unstuck character service. However, it gave an error (saying it was unavailable) and I have to wait 4 hours before I can try again.

I am on a MacBook Pro, with all my OS updates applied.

I was able to log in yesterday, so it has something to do with the new version from today. I am able to log into my other characters with out issues, but they are just alts for mount farming. I cannot play the game with the only character I actually play right now.

Oribos causing crashes

I’m facing a similar issue, though I was not in Oribos yesterday. I just ported to Oribos on my mage and can’t get past the loading screen, I’ve also tried the Character Stuck service and still can’t get to her :frowning:

Same issue here – only one character is affected, and it is in Oribos. I did try resetting the interface, which did not help. Also tried the stuck character service, which just moved the character to the center of Oribos. Game either freezes or crashes. Mac Studio. All other characters play fine.
