Hey Claw, could you be a little more specific about the issue you’re having? Are you the recruiter? Also, the in-game benefits are for Retail only. Just mentioning that as you’re posting on a Classic character

Assuming you are trying to recruit her, Clawhandren, is she starting a new account or trying to use one that hasn’t been accessed in 2 years?
I’m looking at another account, which I can only assume is your girlfriends, and it looks like that account was created and upgraded in January. Which means it does not qualify for the Recruit a Friend promotion.
If she has a different account, please give me the name and realm of a character on the account.

Sorry for the late reply. To answer the first reply. Its Retail. She started a new account. Well we thought we started a new account I think she had issues starting it up the sign process got all jumbled up.
