You misread or misunderstood. They’re the only classic community. People who played on private servers and/or fought for this to happen are the only classic community. Everyoke who fits that criteria agrees with banning the addon. People who haven’t played or thought about vanilla in 14 years don’t count as the “classic community”. Not yet.

What is going to happen is the leader is just going to leave and start a new group. Some people are just aren’t bright and can’t do things. See it all the time in raiding. no matter how many times you explain how to do a mechanic they just can’t figure it out.
And don’t give me server reputation excuse. I played back in the day and unless you were known for ninja’ing stuff no one cared about a player’s reputation.

This add-on seems pointless if you are targeting prebis and are trying to build a group that doesn’t compete on gear.
If they quit then so would all the streamers? Of course they would notice once WOW went back to number 12 on Twitch instead of top 5. What a delusional thing to assume.

Lol, as if stream viewer numbers count, after the rag rush viewership will dwindle on its own, wow is not a popular game to watch no matter the expansion
Eh, those are less of an issue as people can still just google things, there’s not a lot of mystery anymore so I can’t really fault anyone for taking a quest helper.

Right, multiple people streaming classic with 50k plus viewers each has no impact on the game and Blizzard doesn’t care if it ends.
that is a low, very low number in Vanilla standards.
They level faster because they don’t have to read quests which means they can gank me easier.
Don’t know who you think is getting 50k viewers, I looked at the beta statistics and only asmon and soda broke 20k on avg, and they’re not part of your classic crew, the largest classic streamers are only going to be around for a month at best and that’s shroud, lirik, and ninja
