Layering only hurts the vanilla farming experience of both mobs and resources. The add-on in question ruins the actual grind of dungeon/raiding, which many would argue is in a league of its own. Layering is also only going to go into affect when certain zones reach certain populations, and you’ll only experience this in the first couple months (like other games such as FFXIV), before populations settle and most zones will return to a single layer. Layering is usually temporary until hype goes down.

The ability to create addons that did this in classic existed. By championing this addon being banned you are actively against #nochanges.

Can we get a written list of what this social design is? Are you going to remove the Meeting Stone system that automatically forms groups? Of course not cause it was in 1.12 and clearly the original Devs had all intentions of removing LFG spam from /2 and move it to a more automated system.
Don’t understand this decision at all–all it does it force Addon Devs to wait with baited breath for “and others like it” to mean whatever arbitrary junk the #nochanges crowd comes up with (Auto-turn in Quest is probably next).

So you just showed you have no idea how the addon works… that is core to a number of addons and you DO NOT use the auto invite feature that way.
because when you turn it on you dont get to vet the people who join its first come first serve.
you turn that on when you dont care who joins.
