After recent w3reforged leak, I am pretty sure strategy here was to get as much as possible transfer fee revenue.
Will they listen to the folks that just want to play this version of the game as they were promised to, and maybe seasoned fresh servers too at some point?

Imo, this company will be left with no players to play their subscription based games as delivery and management of remastered or old game is so bad gameplay/game environment wise and each new product getting worse and worse…

On kromcrush server cluster we raid everything we are 15/15 naxx problem we have is healers and people quitting cause blizzard won’t address the community

Thrall, I made an ally reroll on that cluster (Sulfuras). I could transfer a horde healer on another server of the cluster but I refuse to be robbed by Blizzard.

Coordinate with others on the classic era discord. Most of the time, ull find something useful there as opposed to obese fratboys trying to take upskirt photos while crawling around work cubicles.

Servers have a life span unfortunately new players won’t be gained and you will bleed people with age, it’s beyond moronic to argue this private have already dealt with this.

Servers have a lifespan? Smh. There shouldn’t even be servers in 2021. If you still think having distinct “servers” is a thing - you’re a layperson.

Private servers generally restarted have one to two years because of player drop off. Facts are facts honey even if you don’t like them.

Private servers are full of corrupt pigs who sell gear, sell gold, and its force reset is to keep a stable income for them.

Look at the upcoming vanilla private server discord and the people in it. Their name literally screams EU russian and venezuelan gold sellers.

Servers have a lifespan, and that lifespan is determined by how well the servers are maintained and weather the company that runs them remain in business.

And the fact is, it is not well maintained because some developers decided that harassing girls took a higher priority than maintaining servers despite many people asking for it.

Go rod on your private servers, but if you think you can brainwash and try to further split the classic community with your FreshTrazh logic, you might find a dozen flaming pitchforks flying up the lower part of a certain orrifice of which you hold dear.

Well said. Late to the party people like myself that missed out on the 2 year expac cycle that blizzard have created. this is supposed to be a legacy thing to preserve the original game. not a cash grab all over again. deluxe editions? really? Character boosts? Really?
Honestly should not have been an option to be able to move classic characters into TBC to preserve populations. Server merging should have been implemented right from the get go.

The facts are sweetheart that the population of classic servers are in free fall at the moment and will the servers be able to be active enough to support raiding. If the market has the demand for fresh servers then so be it. Stomping your feet and getting angry because other people want something different is beyond childish and moronic.
