Wrath was never Classic WoW, neither was TBC. You are worrying yourself about Classic by looking at retail progression servers.

The same people who have tried to fix issues with wrath will be the same people working on classic +

Using this logic, you would cease playing Classic Era right now because those same people are in charge of it.
Wrath was given the Token, Era wasn’t. That was a concious decision on their part. For all the crap they get, the devs for Classic aren’t completely braindead.
Era doesn’t have any changes on it. If a person hypothetically enjoys era there’s no reason for them to stop playing until they start altering it.

A terrible decision for sure. Came in at the tail end of classic, but I’ll give you that it wasn’t there at the beginning. Should be deleted though.

Bad take, but you’re entiteled to make 'em. Now, delete your post about Era having no changes.
Imagine comparing chronoboon to completely revamping classes, new dungeons and a bunch of stuff that no two single people can agree on. Classic+ is a fantasy and it’s different in every dreamer’s head. And it would executed by the same team that brought us wrath+++++++.

You’re in denial m8. Classic+ has already come, failed and gone (SoM1). Classic+ 2.0 is coming soon in the form of SoM2. I bet it isn’t everything you wanted either, because that’s the reality of any classic+ project.
The SoM1 raid changes just made half the raids more annoying to do and took longer to farm consumes than to get world buffs. Terrible changes.
I never took one step in SoM. Seasonal play is garbage design and I’m glad its foul presence has left.

Yeah they still won’t give the details. I should be r13 by the time that hits so I don’t mind. As long as there’s no retail-brain class balancing and half-baked new dungeons on a budget I’m good. Keep the majority of the nonsense in SoM and it’s a win.

Blizzard is going to blizzard. I’ll play for as long as it still feels like vanilla and immediately abandon it (like I did wrath+++++) if it ups end like turtle wow.
