What would “Classic+” entail? Will it be slapped onto the perma servers? If so, where would us Vanilla’ers go?
What type of content would Classic+ have, that Era doesn’t already have?
Destroying era is also a garbage idea, no thanks! We don’t need 4 x retail versions.

Look into Turtle WoW.
New quests, areas etc. They could expand on stories they long forgot for the base game and or dig out cut content. Most of the base systems in TBC was cut content from vanilla so… Do what you will with that.

I am in massive support of Classic+
I also want features like improved /s so maybe it can be a speech bubble that follows you, and also more emotes, or enables us to do custom emotes!
I spend 99% of my time goofing around and talking to people in WoW, and a guy like me doesn’t care a lot about more content. So long as they never increase the level cap to invalidate everyone’s work, which was the ultimate demise of each expansion.

People really have to be not so touchy…
I mentioned it because what they did with vanilla was expand the world manually the best they could creating new quests and stories for the vanilla world.
But if you insist on being a jerk and don’t want Classic+ to exist then there’s the door.

It can exist. Just don’t be a jerk and advocate for it to cannibalize and replace era, otherwise there’s the door.
Classic+ would be about as popular as SoM 1 which was basically a classic+ prototype…so not popular at all. SoM1 lasted about 3 months? Now if it was the 2004 blizzard making phase 7 then that might be different story.

No one will ever agree on what classic + entails and the people who had the talent to make any new content mesh seamlessly with original vanilla are long gone. Classic+ out of minor changes like SoM1 is a fools errand and that’s not even accounting for the fact that blizzard obviously does not want to invest resources into Classic.
