Tabards seem to cause belts to not show on some characters. There are a couple of ways to reproduce this:
Unequipping belt and re-equipping seems to make it visible again but will disappear after mounting.

This is happening to me as well. Def, a widespread issue, you aren’t alone.
This bug has been a problem since I started tbc. Its super obnoxious.
I’ll echo these complaints as its still happening. While playing TBC Classic my belt has been disappearing while a tabard is equipped. The following things make one’s belt vanish:
-Equipping a tabard
-Unequipping a tabard
-Using a flight path while wearing a tabard
-Mounting up while wearing a tabard
PLS FIX THIS BLIZZARD. SO TILTING.
Also increase FPS in character select screen Jesus.
Also happening to me. Pretty annoying visual bug.

Bump, Still happening. Also Seeing massive coloration bugs when on max graphics? Things flickering green and what not? What is happening

Yep, still happening. Seems to only be the guild tabard that does it too. Even in a preview gear screen, there is no visible belt with the guild tabard. However, my argent dawn tabard, Scryer Tabard and other tabards of that nature do not have the same problem.
Still happening absolutely non-stop.

Seriously this problem has been in since beta. I reported it then…now it seems there isnt even a way to report a bug in game lol

still happening 8/4/21 please fix, my guy looks so stupid without his belt. it happens on the character select screen also
