Correct me if I am wrong here, and I could be, but the stress test is over.
This is probably why you are encountering this issue.
It would be best to ask in the Classic forum, Support does not extend to the test servers, though it is early, issues may take a bit to resolve, especially on a Saturday.

Already done. And I really don’t care about the venue as long as some Blizzard employee sees it

We can pass this along, but PTRs can go up or down at any time.
