I would first recommend deleting how to do the exploit, as you are only advertising it to a wider audience here on the forums. That will only make it worse, even if unintentional on your part.
Then you’ll want to email hacks@blizzard.com with your findings so they can investigate, if they aren’t aware of the situation already.

Other wise you could end up advertising this to a lot of people.

Our servers don’t really work like that. There isn’t really an option to roll back specific characters or really even a realm. While I won’t speak for our Game Developers, but generally speaking when exploitation happens there usually is a follow up investigation. There usually won’t be any communication on what may happen until after that investigation is completed.
