I think battleground imbalance is one reason they don’t make a GDKP realm. Would be frustrating to go against them, and if they have separate qs the numbers will be too small.

I truly don’t understand why blizzard listens to the anti-gdkp community at all. There are no others on these forums more toxic than than those posting laughing at the destruction of communities that are flourishing across wow. They stopped sod for us before lvl 26, now they stop us from a fresh we’ve been waiting for for years.
It’s disturbing, and your view doesn’t represent the gdkp community at all. Just stop.
Blizzard should set one gdkp pvp server and let trolls like you enjoy your quiet own server.
It’s not complicated, there is no need for the toxicity or labeling anyone that views the world differently than you as a cheater when 99% of them aren’t.
Everyone can win. You can enjoy your long SR pugs on your alts on your server and I’ll enjoy my streamlined, fast gdkp runs on mine.

I don’t care about representing gold buying game destroying cheaters. There is no benevolence in the “GDKP community.” You’re completely fine with infesting every facet of the game with illicit gold as long as you get gear the moment you want it (which is right after you buy gold from RMT sites.)
You already have servers that you’ve ruined that you can play on. There’s zero need whatsoever for you to have another illicit gold playground.

I’m not going to lie I didn’t read all 300 posts in here, but just from the last ~30 or so maaaaan is this a toxic discussion.
The decision was made for good reason to ban GDKP’s twice now.
Let’s see how it goes without them in Classic Fresh, and then see if they were actually necessary at all.
Maybe, just maybe, the game actually will be better without them, let’s find out.

i notice alot of the gkdp defenders use the word “community” what talking about themselves .
i my experience nothing resembles the viod, single-player, joyless retail experience like the current state era is in currently.

Not totally true. There’s ppl who live from this game and take gdkp as a job, that’s real, but there’s ppl who just run gdkp to be able to gear without luck or corruption being factors.
I play in Withemane and after getting my warlock full bis, I make a Paladin and has been gearing her with the gold my warlock get from Naxx gdkp. I don’t have time to go with my paladin week after week to a raid and lost a f…ing roll on my bis.
There’s ppl who like the experience of getting full bis in 2 years of raiding and there’s other ppl who want to get their gear sooner and invest their gold on it.
Ignoring the gdkp players and put them as whales is just idiotic.
I played on Maladath, the fresh Wotlk server, where saying gdkp in chat would get you mass reported by some of the worst and most toxic players i’ve encountered in wow. However, those same people were more than willing to sell items they won with rolls to me for gold, so those of us that are good at the economy will still buy our items, it just means everyone else in the raid doesn’t benefit from it.
What guys like you do not understand that, those people who are sitting AFK in a dungeon getting boosted are %99 alts. They got gold on their mains (or can farm) but don’t want to (or have time to) level alts normally because there is huge difference 1-60 between normal levelling and boosting.
The main point is if you still DO NOT understand, those people paying gold for boosting their alts because there are GDKPs available. So, if someone main DPS char, they boost healer alt, go to GDKP with them since healer items are really cheap and also they make gold which they CAN also use to gear their main DPS char on another GDKP or just pay their consumes if its raiding with guild.
No GDKPs = people not buying boosts.
BUT people not buying boosts DO NOT mean they are gonna level normally their healer alt for hours and hours to just help another 20 warrior in a SR run which they don’t get nothing. So no GDKP means lesser raids, lesser raids mean lesser alts. Eventually, it means dead game for level 60 content.
But people who are against GDKP do not want to understand this easy argument.
