Problem:
Players on PvE servers cannot transfer to PvP Servers.

Solution:
Remove restriction.

I’m not 100% sure PvE realm players lean on going to PvP realms but given Classic Era is low pop even with all servers put together then I don’t think it would have any negative effect.

Yeah Classic Era has been going for a long time now. It’s time to open up PvE to PvP server transfers.

TBC Classic doesn’t even have this, and the option was added in TBC.
