They didnât get âClassicâ right, They didnât get âWrath Classicâ right. They Wonât make Hardcore Classic right either. Can probably buy a level 60 day one, buy a mount, buy gold. etc. Not even hoping on that bandwagon. Could be amazing, but it wonât due to greed.

Then you merf some of the oddball things in classic like lock pet griefing in town.
Classic Andyâs just want the game to include corpse camping grey levels on pvp servers.

What heâs referring to is having the pvp system in place right from phase 1, people were just gearing with pvp gear so no one ran any dungeons at 60, it made it very difficult to get attunements done or get pve preraid bis items from dungeons. And heâs definitely right about that.

This is incredible. Will there by any PvE resets? Like maybe a fresh server back to phase 1 for the non hardcore vanilla enjoyers?

I did too. And even though I found myself putting way more time into WoW than I had expected to, I played Classic fairly casually.
I donât know if this was due to changes in population on realms, guild breakups, my own personality or mindset, etc. but for me most of WoW Classic was about leveling experiences and learning the origins of classes.
I did raid and rank a little. I got rank 10 on two characters, leveled 4 and raided through Naxx on 1.
I think maybe the server and guild hopping kind of burnt me out, and I took a break from TBCC for about a month or so at launch. Then came back and played through P2, but when server populations changed drastically again and my guild fell apart (again), I quit then.
Iâve been having a lot of fun in Wrath though. Part of this has been determination, for some reason, I really like my characters and want to keep playing them, so that got me to find another guild a few months back when the one I was in disbanded. Iâm happy I did, because I landed in a great group of people.
I also have been semi-actively PvPing. It has been quite a challenge to find people I have good communication with and enjoy doing arenas with for hours on end. But, even 1 good connection can make a huge difference there, and I have more than that now.
Weâll see how it goes, but sometimes I think we just need a break. In the end, this is a game that we have all enjoyed playing for many years, and here we are still playing!

Ya sorry, but this isnât what Blizzard promised.
HC wow is not classic/vanilla WOW. Period.
They need to be completely separate HC servers from the classic/vanilla version and servers, with no ties at all, and stop messing with the classic game play.
Also, they ARE NOT sticking to keeping things as they were in original vanilla.
If Blizzard takes away the PVP ranking system, or changes it in any way, I am boycotting Blizzard as a whole. They have already changed enough stuff that isnât the way vanilla actually was. I am so tired of Blizzard breaking all these promises that they originally made to keep classic to the way it should be⌠and these types of mistakes, are what drove people away to begin with. Classic today, is not Vanilla from the past!

Not wanting to pick a fight, but what about 1.12 talents were game breaking vs other classes at 60? Did Shaman really get so OP with talents at 1.12 that its unfair? PvP wise unfair? PvE wise unfair?
He is probably referring to pre 1.12 windfury. Which could proc off of itself and chain like 6 hits and the bonus damage was through the roof

I donât know when or what battlegroup you ranked up on, but on Kirtonos during peak covid, those were the hours people were pulling. You lived, slept, and ate WoW. You would fuse to your chair, play, and take a 6-8 hour sleep, repeat. Some people in the 12 and 13 bracket were pulling only 4 hours of sleep a night.
theres enough changes on classic era now go ahead and make full on classic plus
classic+ alll the way bring in all the changes

Having to wait until Tuesday isnât a bug, that is how the honor system in Vanilla/Classic has work since it came out originally. But some kind of live update system would be cool.
