It seems to be fixed for me now.

Just don’t learn the ability until they fix the issue, I was having the same problem without any gameplay interruption before I learned the ability. Now that I have it in my spellbook my game tries to use it whenever I’m in cat form. I agree, if it were just tracking herbs, not a gamebreaking issue. But I’m experiencing what can only be described as “lag” now that I know the ability, it’s caused me to stop playing the way I normally play (pvp) because I’m finding I’m unable to participate due to the issue, thus making it unplayable for me, hope this helps other’s leveling.
Agreed. Between my last post and now, it has stopped occuring.
I never trained the spell and was having the issue.

you’ll need to do it each time to enter cat form
tried to make a macro for it when I switch into cat form but it did not work
/cancelaura Track Humanoids is a temp fix and you’ll need to do that command each time you reenter cat form

Sorry for the necro but this worked perfectly. I put that line of text in a macro and hotkeyed it. Now I can disable the annoying tracking every time I go into cat form. Thanks a lot!
