Hello I just purchased a character transfer. It said it will be ready for use when I login next. The transfer button appears at the top of the screen but it is 'grey" and I cannot click it. Anyone else have this issue? I am Horde on Faerlina and am wanting to transfer to Grobbulus. Please help. Thank you.
GIve it 24hrs to fully process all digital purchases can take up 2 24hrs to fully clear.
Also clear all mail make sure theres no auctions or caged pets.

Paid character services might still be disabled for Classic iterations of the game as we discovered recently.
Unsure if it was intended or a bug, but there hasn’t been any documentation either way that I’ve seen. Admittedly I haven’t gone looking since the last thread popped up a couple weeks ago.
Looks like it’s confirmed for Era transfers to be intentionally disabled, I wonder if maybe this is a side-effect.
