Yes but you can swap to defensive for incoming damage.
I want it like how it was in the old days where you had to be in a certain stance to do certain stuff.
Considering all it took was writing a macro it’s not really needed.

Yea I had mine and it had a weapon switching macro for arenas. Just so I could SR and stuff. But that was in the same time period where hunters had mana and hunter pets could run away so if they bring stance dancing back they would probably bring other stuff like that back that I really did not like.
Just wanna say I am really looking forward to the MM changes. I switched off Hunter after Shadowlands cause I really hate pet management. This is a super good change for MM and I am planning to main my hunter again because FOTM!!!

Always a possibility. I do wish arms and fury gained more if they were to swap to one hand and a shield than they currently do

I played BM Hunter when I first started playing at the middle of MP. Hunter was fun then, and then they gutted us! The main talents that we really needed started disappearing with WoD. But I kept playing bm hunter. Legion hunter got eviscerated and I went to DH… Oh I had so much fun. But I missed my hunter.

How can you miss something that not only isn’t gone, but is actually around more now, after the changes? Water ele actually exists as a benefit now.

When I’m on my warlock, I build mythics away from meta comps and we destroy the meta comp groups I’ve been apart of.
The problem is this: To do it, you need to make friends and quit going to the premade dungeon finder.

There was a time where your water elemental was a pet essentially. But sure act like he’s saying something wrong…
I know, and noone used it because it was garbage. Now, everyone uses it. Water elemental is a benefit and serves a purpose now.
Imagine non-satirically commenting that “Survival feels awful” - despite being the most fluid the spec has ever been, the strongest the spec has ever been, and being a S tier high-end meta dps class atm instead of just a meme.
What exactly are you after with Survival? It’s dominant, it’s fluidic gameplay, has meaningful/strong short CDs with meaningful/strong minute-CD’s to overlap every other usage. The AoE is built into the kit for free, not even changing your AoE rotation.
Like… Do you want a Brann to pop up and tell you that you’re the prettiest princess, and give you free 639 gear every time you’re inconvenienced?
