BDK set deserved a nerf for sure but not like this imo. Nerf the str bonus per stack and runic power generation from extra rune weapons, maybe parry chance while rune weapon is up with 4pc, not the duration. The playstyle of keeping your weapon going for a very long time is very fun, the power gained from doing it properly is just too much.

Also since we’re discussing Classes that need some work; might I interject that Ret needs a Buff also!
I have no idea about if the 2 or 4 piece bonus would be OP with a Buff, but for those of us who don’t raid, having a nice buff to DPS as Ret would really appreciate it!

I agree it’s not much fun (certainly not anywhere near as much fun as it was in legion/BfA) but beyond a complete rework, what fixes would make it fun for you?
yes but thats sim bait, I aint the best BDK and i do around 10-11k dps over all in a key and around the same on prog. Im not saying its bad just want to see the full justification for the nerf. And to get the 14k is perfect gameplay while managing quite a few puddles. Again not saying its unwanted to unneeded

Rogue buff is a joke, no good ST no good Aoe, outlaw needs more care than 3% damage buff.
could you maybe cap the second part of the 2 piece instead of nerf the uptime? uptime is not what the issue is with the class and will make it even more challenging to play and enjoy than it already is. capping the stacks for strength at 50 or even 30 would be a good compromise

I think we all saw a Blood DK nerf incoming, but is this really the way to go about it? This punishes worse players more than it does good players and isn’t just a deserved damage nerf but a very significant defensive nerf as well that changes quite a bit of the playstyle for BDK mid-season making my valor upgrades and vault choices just… wrong now. It doesn’t feel good to have a significant portion of the work I’ve put into the character made irrelevant nearly with this change.
If the issue is BDK damage, Why does their defensive uptime have to be cut so hard? Why not reduce the cap on stacks from 75 to 50 instead of a 30% uptime nerf, which will by extension prevent BDK from reaching 75 stacks on a single target encounter anyways.
RIP my weeks of vault and valor upgrades to play Blood. Buff doesn’t even punish good players, it punishes low-end players that can’t keep DRW up as long without it. Just cap the stacking buff of the 2-set at a lower number if you don’t like the damage that BDK does.
When are the pvp hotfixes expected? pvp is pretty gimpy right now lots of random one shots from a couple of classes and some classes\trinkets need to be adjusted to make the game more fun.
Getting one shot by a destro, or by a assasination rogue its just not fun. Nerf the caster trinket too while your at it and nerf the hunter legendary for feign death.

BDK nerf we saw coming, but not this nerf. Nerfing defensives as well as damage? You are making the spec much worse than it needs to be. Nerf the strength side of the 2p to maybe .66% of strength if you want a 33% nerf to the damage, not the entire tier.
It is in PvP and now it’s competitive in PvE too. While other classes still suck.

Wrong. Sim bait they’re low, but in real mythic encounters BM isn’t half bad and now they’re not complete garbage anymore.
