Feels bad that warrior is tuned specifically for the leggo which 99% of us will never get our hands on.
Crappy to play a class tuned around such a powerful weapon. Id rather the 2h leggo not exist tbh

You know it would be really nice if Blizzard would actually pay attention and buff the classes that really need it.
Not saying all the ones on this list don’t, but the fact that Resto Shaman & Elemental Shaman are still sitting here getting nothing when they are in drastic needs of buffs and changes since before this tier even released is nuts.
Constantly just ignoring both and doing other’s repeatedly. Might as well not have either spec in the game since you refuse to listen to the player base the last 4 months and do nothing to improve each spec.
a nerf isn’t a death sentence. Most people on the forums actually think -5% damage is a literal death sentence. it isn’t. The amount of work it is to buff 25+ specs over nerfing 3 is massive. Most reasonable adults are mature enough to see this
As a paladin I am shocked and appalled.
Because . . . you know . . . shocked.
And also appalled.
They are probably seeing a TON of new subs and re-subs playing DH, and seeing all the $$ and are afraid to make changes.
It’s okay I’ll just leave group if a spriest is in it
Problem with Ele is damage wise it actually kind of pumps. There’s just zero reason to bring one when they have no utility and don’t blast as hard as say BM. Raids typically need a Warlock and a Mage to have the specific class buff each brings then are bringing stacking Aug, Havoc, BM, Sin, and Enh because of how ridiculous they are and that’s already practically your entire DPS lineup.
Blood DK’s are also using their old 2 set because the new 2/4 set is too weak, but no buffs?
We need to get to the point Encounter Designers can be wrong.
Once we get there, the rest of the puzzle pieces will fit better.
People are still gearing, so there’s still some room to see how it stabilizes (IE: once that axe is online), but if the listed specs are still overperforming by that much after things stabilize, they deserve to get tapped down a notch. Not out of the top spot, but bring the top and the bottom of the stack closer together.
Paladins exist, Blizz always forgets that.
They don’t pump really at all, that has been the knock on them as well. They don’t bring enough raw damage to make up for the lack of a party buff.
They also practically lost their identity with the new tier and playstyle. But, at this point it makes no sense to not just give Ele Skyfury totem back out of PVP or some other form of party buff. They are the only DPS missing it. Their damage is pretty low and spenders outside of Ele Blast do no damage. The spec is a mess and this has been known for quite some time. Offensive Cooldowns are worthless as the Elementals do next to no damage, and other than that we got Stormkeeper which isn’t really used much because of the new tier and playstyle. It’s all around really messy and not enough damage to make up for all of these problems. That’s why so many Ele mains swapped off to other classes. You can’t just exclude them cause everyone else has the party buffs/Utility you need. Just give them something and give their CD’s buffs that are much needed, spenders buffed, and an overall damage buff. Doesn’t need to be some insane number but like 5-10% across all abilities would be much needed for them.
Then Resto Shaman is an entirely different story. The entire spec needs a drastic rework and modernizing. It’s severely outdated and plays as such.
BM has spent their share of time as mid/bottom tier. Let them shine for a tier. Leave them alone. Quit crying.
BM was the #1 boss damage spec in Vault of the Incarnates. That was just a few months ago.
So they “deserve” the top spot then?
It’s luck of the draw who gets top spot in pre-season tuning.
The goal of mid-season tuning should be to keep specs in roughly the same position on the stack, just lower the difference between the bottom and the top of the stack.
Not according to Ragemode!
I hate being the bearer of bad news but none of these changes are going to help other bottom of the pack DPS too much.
Especially devastation evoker where its only utility is damage and its not that good either.
Ragemode probably thinks that 8.3 full corruption BM hunter was underpowered TBH.

I agree with lowering the difference, that should be the goal.
But I don’t think a top spec falling down a few spots when being brought in line is a big deal.
The initial ranking isn’t sacred.
Also, does that apply to the worst spec? It can’t be buffed past any other specs?
