Class Tuning Incoming -- February 7 (Updated)

Cause casuals always scream the loudest and want everything without putting in effort to atleast see what the class can and cannot do.

Yup. Same player that says XYZ class does not need a buff because there’s a player in my guild that does top damage as BM so BM must be good.

Where is ww monk pvp survivability? Blizzard took our burst and left us with easily out healable sustain dps in pvp but we still do not have defensives to sustain.

Where is sparring monk passive back? Where is Inner strength passive back? Where is FoF stun back?

How does Blizzard expect us to fight with sustain dps if we can’t stay in the fight and sustain?

Blizzard: We are looking into issues Bears have compared to other tanks

Blizzard: Here are changes that do nothing to fix those problems.

Players: WTF man?

Blizzard: That’s what you get. Radio silence.

Somehow they think a 15% buff to a 1% ability will fix this

you think you don’t exist, try playing an elemental shaman. Love the class and have played it through many expansions but the fact that we’re tweak/reworking and buffing class that don’t need buffs and just ignoring elemental is pretty heart breaking lol

Not everyone can be top dps, but there is an issue that some of the highest on the meters also have some of the best utility for mythic and raid content, if a class is c tier damage & c tier utility then they need a boost to one or the other.

It’s been coming for awhile now, and buffs have been going out to other healers. It obviously was not enough and they thought a nerf was required to bring evoke/druid in line.

They have been buffing the other healers, repeatedly

Evoker and resto druid have still been way above the rest.

It’s hard for some players to view all classes objectively and not just from their specific class bias.

Weird, I could swear its 5 people on the key and not just one shadow priest. Hm.

Let us hope this is a troll comment saying resto druids are having a rough time above m13 considering 98% of the teams on 20+'s are running resto druids.

Thank you for your post. Yes, Mythic+ dungeons have 5 people in them. What’s your point?

Not a single mention of Mage in the PvP section. When they’re more of a problem than any of the classes listed

Subt and Outlaw need buffs
Warriors need mobility nerfs
Enh shammys need hiuge buffs
Ferals need theior nerfs reversed
Frost DK needs buffed

This is PVP of course

Why though?

Ele Shaman does less damage than hunters?

" * Damage dealt by Hunter and pet abilities increased by 5%."
Hunters are fixed thx blizzard.

I play all 6 healers. 3 at 2k, the other 3 at 1200 and climbing. Nerfing is so cringe.

They aren’t going to rework your entire class based on one fight that you’re not particularly good at. Your complain is completely pointless and unreasonable. There are many many shadow priests that time that key on way higher levels than a 15 mythic.

well there’s this sort of idea of a tier list where you’re giving an absolute rating to how good a spec is in a type of content (such as M+), so something like

  • S = OP; the spec exceeds overall expectations (damage, survivability, healing) for its role
  • A = solid in all situations
  • B = solid in most situations, sometimes can’t meet overall expectations (the spec, not the player)
  • C = solid sometimes, frequently can’t meet overall expectations
  • D = consistently falls behind overall expectations
  • F = consistently falls way behind overall expectations

Ideally every spec is buffed/nerfed to A-tier so they can always be played without being a detriment to the team (or feeling compelled to switch to the S-tier spec).

Yes some specs will still be slightly better than others, but not in the “same damage at 15 ilvls lower” type of way.
