I mean I havent seen any issues with Havoc, the community issue is that we just dont like a movement based playstyle. Thats all Ive seen. damage wise we could use something, not a lot tho because our damage scales immensely with Mastery

This is stupid and you should have never suggested it, just up the drop chance.

Don’t get me wrong, there’s lots of good changes here, but let’s not forget some specs that are abysmal in dungeons:

  • Affliction Warlock
  • Assassination Rogue
  • Fire Mage

and some more that are more playable but still low-tier

  • Ele Shaman
  • Ret Paladin
  • Devastation Evoker

This comment truly confuses me. Should every spec be S tier? Someone has to be low tier right? I never understood this take.

Finally see something and it’s some weird flat percentage blanket buff across all specs. A flat percentage buff is not a fix for the unique issues for each spec.

In 10.0.7the rework will be on that patch not before I think

i dont get the point of nerfing MM main damage ability by removing it to then saying it under perform lets add a 5% dmg buff …

Is there really internal testing on WoW ? like someone said 5% toward all spec wont solve any individual spec issue …

Lets see on saison 2 in July !!!

you might wanna comm your bursts w/ text or use omnicd so you know when yours isn’t being wasted.

that’s what i do on my toons with situational/long cd burst.

Recall about a month back MM was nerfed 3%

Then nerfed further just two weeks back

And now buffed again 5%

It just worries me what’s going on in the thinking department.

these are all great but you know what would be nice…with all the movement that is REQUIRED in raid and mythic+ (specially with broken prot warriors) why can’t we just have the ability to cast our filler spells while moving again?!

What is the reasonable metric to use?

Ret Pally wins at the very top end but is below average for the most commonly run levels.

Need to look at gear and effects not just baseline.

As hunters all start getting the bow and 4pc, vs other classes and their 4pc and which items given silly levels of buffs vs when the baseline is at.

Or it says Double Tap was enormously broken in PVP and only made a minor difference in PVE and they are now correcting for it.

This metric is commonly used. It’s a benchmark for top players pushing high end content - where 1% dps literally matters

CE guilds and their Raid leaders use this chart to decide who sits and who progs into certain bosses

And the 95% of players not getting those results ?

You’re stuck with your expensive, 56k crit flash of light and you’ll like it!

Not sure what you are asking. But they use the top 5% of parses as an indication of players who played well and are in top guilds.

The idea behind it is that these are all top players and thus the only difference is the spec.

Then based on that, they decide what specs to bring.

If you aren’t in the top 5% of parses, you also use that as a benchmark . In the sense you know that if U play well you’d reach that kind of dps

So they should nerf Ret Pally because of how well it does for 0.5% of the playerbase even though for everyone else it underperforms ?

Clearly there are no mobility issues either so they should cancel the changes on the PTR.

95th percentile is 5% not 0.5%

Why should they nerf or buff you when you aren’t even playing your spec to max potential?

They nerf and buff based on that 5% of players that play well

Pretty disappointing DHs Havoc and Vengeance are back here like, “Do we even exist anymore?”
