Even with the key level changes, mythic raiding will still be more challenging. The problem is Blizz has decided to tell a bunch of players that they don’t really deserve the level of gear that they’ve been getting for 2 expansions. What I’m wondering if whether those players will be content with the lower level gear or if they’ll get mad and stop playing.
The number of tanks crying about this is absolutely hilarious.
Oh noes; you might not be able to pull the entire dungeon by yourself while watching everyone else die and making their experience at the very beginning of an xpac miserable.

it is lovely that pvp can be nerfed separately from pve— would it do anything for the playerbase to have things balanced instance vs non-instance (or grouped vs non-grouped)? or would that just be too much/a big pita? idk just trying to come up with ways we can all be happy with our specs…

You guys need to do something about Soul Tap for affliction after these nerfs go live.
Let me start off with that I am no way upset about Warlock durability being lowered because they were too tanky but these changes to soul leech and the previous change has completely guttered one of our talents into borderline unusable status.
You compensated Warriors but did nothing for Affliction but made a talent a dps loss to take.
Please either reduce Soul Taps cost to 3% or turn it into a charge based ability with a cd or something because the state of this talent is in now prior to these nerfs abysmal.
On top of Affliction pretty much losing their only way to generate soul shards you hard nerf Soulburn the same day because one spec was exploiting it. A talent losing a ton fluidity across the board because a single spec was breaking it is unacceptable.
If Prot Warriors are overpowered, then nerf Prot Warriors and leave weak tank(s) alone.
Instead, they gave Prot Warriors the smallest nerf of the six.
It’s really unbelievable that they were that stupid.
Fun for the guardian druids was not fun for everyone else.
Or, hear me out, we work on balancing the dps as well. I mean if you’re going to nerf me tank, there are serious, and I mean serious dps issues that need resolved. You have classes that have 3 dps specs that cannot even touch classes that have alternate role specs. If you have a monk or DH you don’t even need the other 2 dps, they just get in the way.
Did a leather/mail group farm run last night our longest encounter was 34 seconds, we took a hunter friend. He cheered from the sidelines, talk about a worthless class atm.
Any chance we could keep these tuning passes coming every 2 weeks?

Really? Have you actually played Brewmaster? This is totally unwarranted, I really like Brewmaster and you are making it increasingly hard to actually play, 10% may not be life or death for the other tanks but for a Brewmaster? I’ll be dropping dead more then I was for sure, I can think of plenty of times in the last couple days of play that this nerf would have killed me.

How is 10% damage reduction to prot warrior a small nerf? It’s the same % for all tanks that got nerfed. Are you trying to state that prot warrior isn’t going to be using defensive stance in mythic+/raids. Prot warriors won’t turn off defensive stance and lose out on the additional 15% dmg reduction in mid to high end game content lol.
