All this class “tuning” is bad design. Don’t nerf good working classes to make under performing classes feel better to play, buff the under performing classes to the level of the working classes and tune the content accordingly.

Why would Disc need nerfed? Top 80 healers across 8 bosses there are 4 Disc priests.
There’s more Prevoker than anything, but based on the Data, no healer is significantly outperforming others.
does this tuning take tier set into consideration? or would there be more tuning after everyone got their 4 piece. Those sets are really not balanced as some spec can get more than 15% from the set while others might get less than 5%
Arcane mages were already weak and you make them even weaker, lol

That’s just blatantly not true. Arcane is immensely strong when used correctly, this will likely level them out a bit with everyone else in the “good” category of damage. Might be a little overkill just looking at it but it’s not world ending.

Welp speaking for arcane mages, this takes their 2 set from a 6% bonus to an overall 1% bonus for arcane blast. So they basically nullified the bonus for arcane haha

Spoiler: real gamers enjoy shifting “meta” and learning new ways to capitalize on it. You can sit and wait for them to have fun doing so, then you can go back to copying them. ez game.
