If the goal is relatively neutral in single target, there is still work that needs to be done to get there. The current numbers as ppl have told allready are still 5% behind what it was in ST and will force us in a less reliable talent (before it was only passive - this is meant by reliable) so the margin % difference will increase if not played optimal around Wild Instinct.
After these changes we are still behind SV and MM in ST Situations and in AoE whooping 35% to MM in a 6T AoE Situation (this will look better in the anniversary patch but till than it is still in the dumpster).
If balancing a spec around ST is the goal - I would appreciate it if it would not be done around the fact that something is a primary target for an external buff (f.e. PI) as it feels extremely awful to be reliant on this in ST Situations. Running Wild Instincts makes this situation even worse as it has a good synergy with PI.
