The hunter nerfs to beast are ridiculous. Especially pack leader.
We’ve updated the OP here to reflect a final value that has gone live for this change:

Additionally, some players may have briefly seen a mistake with Mortal Strike being increased by 30%. We corrected that to the expected 15% increase.

There is still something very wrong with aimed shot, rapid fire, and arcane shot damage in PvP. The spells seemed to launch with the correct values last Tuesday. Rapidfire and Aimed were correctly only doing about 20% less than before the patch against players. When y’all implemented the hotfix for phantom pain, it also heavily nerfed aimed, arcane, and rapid.
It’s impossible to say from my end that it’s by exactly the amount of their pvp modifiers, but that’s the closest approximation that I can come to from my end. It really seems like there is something preventing those multipliers from being applied against players. It might be something completely unrelated to the modifiers, and the mods still seem correct in the spell data dump. Damage is still significantly lower than pvp tooltip/expected pvp output. Please look into it. I’ve submitted a bug report in-game, made a thread on the bug report section of the forums, and have not been able to gain traction so far. People are sitting the spec in PvP right now because of it.

How was mage not on this list?! All three specs rotations have been completely changed (for the worst) and all knocked down to the bottom half of the dps rankings. Literally what are you guys even doing?!?!
I’m curious how the players on the bench while you were in felt being on the bench.
I pretty much play solo. Constantly smashing single target BM damage is just starting to make me hate this expansion. Delves with the mobs with 15-20 million HP scattered around, I can feel this nerf. I don’t even know how it works anymore with all of the changes the last few weeks. Kill command base does less damage now than it did when I was ilevel 580-- sometimes. The damage is so wonky I get anything from 70k to 1 million damage from it… Normally on the low end of that.
Those big mobs and bosses at the end take a longer to kill, but groups of smaller HP mobs die a little faster… But the change isn’t near even. RNG is now a huge part of how long it takes to kill stronger mobs.
I’m beginning to wish Hunters would get a 20% damage buff for soloing that just turns off against world bosses, in PvP and when grouped so all these tweaks that are obviously for raid and PvP parity quit making it feel so craptastic for people who don’t even consume that content.
Oh and now that BM hunters are being turned to be AoE centric, it makes delves a complete cluster when Kill Shot pulls in all kinds of extra mobs. Nothing like taking a few surprise Sporebits to the face every 15 seconds or so when trying to kill a boss, or a few mobs in the chops… And it’s inconsistent. 3 mobs can be close together and Kill Shot will only hit one. Or I can trigger it and a shot goes way off in the distance and pulls something. Oh yeah, and if you’re going to make BM AoE centric, for the love of God, make the CD on Misdirection reset when cast on pets again to counter all of these new oddities. At the very least. Even with all the pet cleave the pets don’t hold aggro well on multiple targets.
What if instead of doing that…

Make Rip and Ferocious Bite count towards healing with Cenarius’s Dream.
