I dont play a mage but I do, do math for a living. is 9% enough? this seems a little low considering how poorly Frost is currently performing.

Fury Warrior is still fine in Mythic+ as their cleave is bonkers. It’s clear they didn’t need buffs in the cleave department (hence the no damage buff to DR and Bladestorm). This was to make their raid DPS/ST more viable.
You’re just…dumb. 2% increase for 2h frost…that’s your great fix for a spec that is bottom of the barrel and has given multiple examples with the math to back it up to fix the issue. You’re just lazy and you make me sick.
Excited they are still looking at balance changes and I am really happy to see them buff assassin again, but assassin is legit simming / parsing 20% lower single target damage in PVE than sub / outlaw and sub / outlaw is not even good dps compared to marks, boomies / etc. Also, would really love to see some nerfs come out to the really busted stuff in pvp like boomies, and all 3 pally specs. Insta cast prot pally healing for 12k per cast in PVP is not okay.
I’m not going to argue against BDK getting more armor at all. I would agree though. Brew and Prot paladin need mitigation buffs. Hand of the protector probably also needs nerfs in PvP. Guardian could probably use damage buffs. I have a feeling this is it though.

Where is the x% buff to survival hunter damage abilities? It’s great you are buffing specs that are suffering but assassination is almost equally as play as survival hunter and you give them a buff but not to sv hunter? Please look into it and keep making this small an consistent changes. Thank you.
No resto druid buffs FeelsBadMan. Our HoTs do so little especially when priest/shaman are so popular. I think they should increase the mana cost of dispel magic and purge so that you can’t just spam cast it with little to no downside.

What? It will increase dot damage by 8%. If your dot previously ticked for 100 damage, it will now tick for 108 damage. If your dots previously did 10% of your damage, they will still do 10% of your damage because the buff applies to all of their spells.
Also, isn’t assassination… supposed to be a dot spec?
