i just claimed the new transmog as a gift on my launcher but its not showing up in game.
( i closed the client before i claimed it to try and avoid this)
It can take up to 24 hours to show in-game according to claims from other players.
ive seen this too but only for receiving it though a 6 month game time purchase. i figured it’d be instant if it was a gift.
Everything on our end looks like you have it in your account collection. If you haven’t already, double check your collection filters to make sure all sources are selected. Then try searching for a specific piece of the set in your collection.
all filters are checked, and a search for " spirit " doesnt show any piece of the set in my collections, i cheacked all slots. and there are not options for it when i visit the transmoger.
did i mistakenly select the wrong account on my accnt? i wanted it on wow6. i figured itd just be added to all regardless of that though.
edit: i restarted my battle net and it worked. hope that can help with anybody else having this issue.
