So, my main Tianait- Kel’ Thuzad was having dc issue on route to Ardenweald on a flight path. I did the self-service and moved it to Westfall, but when I tried to log in, it was still on the flight path mount (the moth) in Westfalland keeps dcing me. Then I waited eight hours to redo the self-service, but the problem persisted. Can I just please talk to a live human being from Blizzard and get this issue resolved instead of getting endlessly looped back to the self-service portal by an AI?
I don’t believe Live Chat is an option for your situation, so unlikely.
Have you followed the self-service path while it’s on cooldown to submit a ticket for a game master to intervene?
If the self-help option does not work, Tianait, it should provide a link so you can submit a ticket.
