When HR takes over the company you work for it’s time to find a new job. EVERYONE suffers under the tyranny of HR.

It’s just part of a larger trend and a bit concerning. I mean, the power of a mob to influence…well, everything. Disney can’t even say “ladies and gentlemen”. FFS, is this really the world we live in… people actually think it’s a good thing companies are basically forced to do these types of things or risk the mob coming down on them. I guess if you’re a child you may not realize potential implications and these trends. Tons of people in the US actually want Socialism. If you don’t learn from history you’re doomed to repeat it, as the saying goes. And it’s not about anything specific, it’s not about this… I think it’s always just a collective “sigh” from many people.
Truth is a lot of people don’t want to see the most qualified person hired. These people that want more “rights” are the most repressive ones.
