I felt this way as well. You should be punished for being reckless.
It doesn’t even work if you hit past the threshold which happens all the time. It’s really not that bad considering other life saving abilities that work 100% of the time

Mage is the only class arms can’t keep 100% uptime on and tunnel them to ground.
You don’t realize how impossible warrior feels to deal with until you play a less mobile ranged or a spec like mm and get zugged tunneled and disarmed by 100% uptime warriors.
Warr could stand to lose half its mobility and lock bladestorm firmly on 2 min cd with no extras and they would still be full uptime on non mages
I’ll give you my address so you can mail me whatever it is your smoking because that is absolutely 100000000% not the case at all. Unless the mage is seriously needing of improvement there’s no reality where an arms war is gonna have 100% uptime on any of the 3 mages specs

At this point it is probably just mages, every other caster or ranged/healer you can catch up to with the cd on charge/leap and bladestrom procs. The damage you can do to things kiting you is insane and you get better at with several classes freedomin u.
