Hey! My friend wants to play TBC classic but has no interest in retail. What package/key should he buy to just get TBC? He may want to get a 58 boost too.
You don’t have options. You either buy the 58 boost, or you don’t and level from level one.
Ok but can he get the keys to play with a boost package? Or does he have to buy some base version of wow and then the boost?
Does he own the retail version of WoW? Pretty sure it’s Shadowlands now. If they have that game then they can download the classic client and then from there buy the boost via the deluxe edition. You should be able to buy that from the battle.net app.
You only need subscription to play classic. Then pay for the boost.

Only package purchase is Shadowlands and that’s retail anyway.
No he’s never played so had no wow! I didn’t realize he could play by just subscribing and not having to buy shadowlands or some other boxed version. Thanks!
Well to play all he needs is a sub so 15$ a month, if he wants to boost that’s 40$ for the dark portal pass.
Yea so the dark portal deluxe pass comes with a month so thats probably the way to go if he decides to boost. Otherwise just $15 to start.
