Chater is stuck

My hero is stuck.
I was going through BFD, reached the Mulock boss, and after he scared me and I ran into the roots, I lost the ability to move.
Teleporting via “character is stuck” - didn’t help
/reload - didn’t help
Disabling all addons - didn’t help
Heartstone - didn’t help.
Resetting the control key settings - didn’t help
Click to move - doesn’t move the character either
Pressing keys on the mouse at the same time - doesn’t move him
Num lock - does not move
I can use any skills and other things, but my movement is limited to Blink skill only

The other characters on the account move freely.

Not sure if related, but there seems to be a 500 (server) error coming from the support article for character stuck.

Drop group and you’ll get teleported out of the instance.

lol even when i get fear, my hero dont want to run)
only death was fix it. im happy
