If you believe players can report someone and they are automatically banned, then you believe players each have a percentage of a vote to ban someone. You believe players through that vote ban other players.

Players can’t ban other players. The only automated punishment from player reports is the temporary chat mute colloquially known as a “squelch” that functions like a silence without the stacking penalties. I am 100% certain of this and you are arguing from a place of complete ignorance.
