I am in the same situation. I should have checked the bug report forums before accepting the quest “Energy Cells for Everyone” on Mechagon and wasting another 250 spare parts and an energy cell on it.
(I am posting on an alt. The character accepting the quest was Meghali, my Hunter.)
Just happened to me on Stormrage, I’ve never had a problem on my main so didn’t think to check forums…paid 2x (over the course of about 12 hours). Despite checking back repeatedly, the charging station never spawned.
Have not seen the charging station in days. This is stupid.
