10/09/19 00:04, that was 48 hours ago, I activated a 1 month subscription after using tokens for nearly 4 years, I got a notification stating the payment was completed, and then I checked my account balance to know how much it was in dominican pesos (DOP).
Tonight, 10/11/19 00:04, I got another notification stating you guys charged me again for 15 dollars, only 48 hours after purchasing my first subscription and exactly the day my wow token game time ran out.
Did I just paid 15 dollars for 48 hours of game time? What is going on here?
The subscription doesn’t take effect until your current game time runs out. Does your bank statement reflect two payments or one?

Two payments, I got 2 emails for the same amount.
Do they both show as completed payments or pending on the statement?

Both payments say they were completed, the first email I received doesn’t say it was pending.
Also, have you checked your transaction history on the your Battle. net account? That should have something showing.

The emails from Blizzard wouldn’t say anything about pending; what do they both show as on your bank or card account?
Okay, my transaction history says I have only purchased one month of game time, but I have 2 emails confirming I got charged twice. I will have to contact my bank tomorrow to really know if I got charged twice or if the first email was only to indicate that I purchased a subscription.
After checking the bank’s app I noticed it doesn’t track internet transactions, only tracks if I withdrew money from an ATM machine.
You don’t happen to have more than one WoW account, do you?
